How to become a Member ?
Carriers that have never done business with Stevens Transport, but would like to begin hauling freight, must first be
set up in our system and then registered on this web site.
To get started, follow these simple steps.
- Fill out the Carrier Package:
Download the carrier set-up packet and execute the
4-page contract located inside the packet.
- Mail or fax the following to Stevens Transport:
- executed 4-page contract
- a copy of your operating authority
- proof of current Cargo and Liability insurance coverage
- completed W-9 (included in packet)
Once set-up in Stevens' system, you will be notified by mail. If
interested in a load we have posted on this site or a web board, you may call Stevens to inquire on your
set-up status.
- Answer the following questions
After receiving notification of being set-up, return to this page and fill out the form below to register
for a user ID and password.
